By creating an account or using SlopWeaver, you accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. These terms may be modified at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use License

SlopWeaver grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license is subject to your compliance with these terms.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use the service to transmit malware, spam, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Reviewing all AI-generated content before sending or acting on it
• Ensuring your use of third-party integrations (Slack, Gmail, Linear) complies with their terms of service
• Notifying SlopWeaver immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Intellectual Property

SlopWeaver and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SlopWeaver and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you provide to SlopWeaver. By using the service, you grant SlopWeaver a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content solely to provide and improve the service.

5. Beta Service Disclaimers

SlopWeaver is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. As a beta service:

• Features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change
• Service availability and performance are not guaranteed
• Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
• AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or inappropriate

You acknowledge that AI-generated content requires human review and that you are solely responsible for any messages or actions taken based on AI suggestions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlopWeaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any inaccurate or inappropriate AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Service interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities

7. Termination

SlopWeaver may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by sending an email. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SlopWeaver operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

SlopWeaver reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. If material changes are made, you will be notified by email or through a notice on the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
